SANS MATIN originated after an unfortunate complication involving a pair of trainers and a tumble dryer. A new pair was needed but looking for a pair of affordable, stylish and comfortable pair that could be suited to varied environments like working in a busy London office as much as it could suit a bustling local bar in Medellin appeared to come empty-handed. This instant led to the creation of SANS MATIN.
Over the past 10 years, SANS MATIN has seen an extensive cultural shift in the modern business world which has been challenging traditional workplace norms like working hours and more significantly stiff dress codes.
The continued appearance of trainers in the workplace signifies a shift in culture between the old and new, who said you couldn't have comfortable shoes and still remain professional.
SANS MATIN puts charitable, ethical, environmental and sustainable decisions in front of the business at all times. 2% of all sales are donated to SANS MATIN's charitable partners Children Change Colombia, a UK charity that has been working in Colombia for over 30 years to support children in preventing poverty, violence and exclusion from opportunities.
SANS MATIN also offer a shoe recycling service for older pairs of their shoes, which will either be gifted to charity if in good condition or recycled into carpet underlay or car seat padding.
All packaging is also 100% recycled. Their efforts mean less clothing waste going into landfills as well as money going to active causes which are helping change children's lives, a brand that provides social and sustainable solutions without comprising on aesthetics.

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?
We offer free shipping and returns on all orders (except over Black Friday). Alternatively, they offer a 24 hour tracked and signed service and a 48 hour tracked service.
When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri)

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?
Sorry to hear that! Get in touch at contact@sansmatin.co.uk with your tracking information and correct shipping address. They'll get that sorted out for you as quickly as possible.
Can I edit/cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, They cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
Free exchanges and returns on all, undamaged/new condition shoes.
In order to qualify for a return:
Return in new condition - Your SMs must be returned in the new condition you received them, with original packaged contents (shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, shoe bags, tissue paper, care card, etc)
Try them on indoors - Your SMs should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes received in a condition with excess wear or damage may not qualify for a return or exchange.
They must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
