The Gut Reset Bootcamp was founded by Jackie Hodson and Zoe Reast. When Jackie was facing burn-out and chronic stress after years in the teaching industry, she embarked on her own health journey, resetting her microbiome. This experience made a huge impact on her health, so she took the plunge and started up a microbiome programme. 

Zoe Reast decided to pursue her interest in health and wellness in 2013, after a career in the IT sector. Like Jackie, she trained in the Bowen technique and then decided to branch out into gut health. 

Since then, they’ve seen the transformative impact that a gut reset can have – both for themselves and for their clients.
