Option 1 includes - two 1-hour virtual Zoom fitness sessions, choosing from at-home strength training, mat Pilates, indoor rowing machine, HiiT training and triathlon training.
Option 2 includes - two 1-hour in-person fitness training sessions at a mutual designated location. This could be at-home or in a local shared space, such as a park.
Both options also come with general health, wellbeing and fitness advice.
