Terms and Conditions
We have put together the following, so you can understand how we operate.
Polo is a HIGH RISK sport. When participating in polo lessons or a polo experience, you must understand that there is an element of risk to yourself and others. All of our horses we use are licenced, insured, riding school polo ponies. Although very unlikely, horses can occasionally make errors (i.e. trip / stumble / be spooked) just like one of us, especially if caught off-guard.
BEWARE. There are many riding schools that do NOT adhere or comply to safe, licensed practise. We have substantial public and employment liability insurance policies that not only protect ourselves but more importantly they protect YOU.
We ALWAYS practise safe and legal tuition and hold all necessary qualifications, riding school licenses and attend regular training courses / seminars to make ensure of our all staff are suitably qualified and competent for their roles at our academy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If YOU cancel within 24 hours you will be charged for the full lesson / booking amount.
Should the lesson / experience have to be cancelled due to bad weather, the booking will be rescheduled to another date & time. Polo lessons / polo experience days / chukkas are NON refundable but can be exchanged / passed on to other people via vouchers which only we can issue.
All activities are undertaken at the risk of the client. J F Polo Academy cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness to the client during their visit. We recommend that all people participating in regular activities with us have suitable accident and personal injury insurance.
We do not sell or pass on any information you give us for marketing or any other purposes. The J F Polo Academy, from time to time may contact you with information regarding offers and updates. If you do not wish to receive any such information, please inform us by reply.
