The distillery creates a variety of simple high-quality gins – Four Marys, LinGin Premium, and LinGin Colours. Each of which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals.

Gin Tour and Tasting for One or Two

  • Learn all about how they make the iconic LinGin and Four Marys craft gin
  • Includes a LinGin perfect serve G&T plus five gin samples per person

Tour and Tasting for Driver Only

  • Driver only ticket to a tour and tasting at Linlithgow Distillery

Allow us to introduce Linlithgow Distillery

Linlithgow Distillery is a business that was born out of the wish to embark on a new adventure. It was founded by Linlithgow couple Ross and Alyson Jamieson when they decided to switch career paths after spending 33 years working in IT.

One evening – while sipping gin cocktails – they asked themselves, what shall we do with our lives next? And an answer came to them straight away – they wanted to start their own distillery.

Since then, the family business has evolved, recruiting over 100 people from the local area to help develop LinGin. With the help of the local tasters, the distillery has developed two truly special Gins from Linlithgow – LinGin® and the Four Marys®.

Ross and Alyson’s approach is strictly local – from the locally sourced ingredients to the ways in which they involve the Linlithgow community. For each gin, high-quality botanicals are used, some of which are locally foraged.

The importance of family and community is at the heart of everything Linlithgow Distillery does. This is even evident in the brand’s motto: 'crafted with the spirit of Linlithgow'. The fact that they recruited 100 local people to help develop their delicious gin is a testament to these values.
