Mór Partners With The Watercooler
We are very excited to announce our latest partnership, Mór x Watercooler. The Watercooler is a free-to-attend, two-day exhibition and conference on workplace wellbeing and the future of work.
The health and wellbeing of employees have never been more important. And in a world of work that’s changing at an unprecedented rate, it makes sense for employers to increasingly play a proactive role, understanding what employees need, supporting their wellbeing, and empowering colleagues to thrive in the workplace.
Speaking on the topic, Dame Carol Black DBE, FRCP, FMedSci who will be speaking at the event said:
“The workplace post-Covid needs to be different. It must, in a joined-up holistic way, meet the mental, physical, financial, social and environmental needs of the workers, as well as the purposes of the organisation”
This is why we’re delighted to be collaborating with The Watercooler, an event brought to us by the team behind Make a Difference and the annual MAD World Summit.
What is the Watercooler?
The Watercooler, named in recognition of those crucial moments of connection between employees, is a free-to-attend conference and exhibition running in association with the Evening Standard. With over 100 hours of free learning, an impressive lineup of speakers, and over 80 specialist suppliers on show, it sets out to demonstrate that wellbeing is the future of work. At The Watercooler, you can expect to discover expert advice on mental, physical, financial, social, and environmental wellbeing.
Taking place at Olympia, London on 25th and 26th May 2022, The Watercooler event is where you can gather (in a Covid-safe way), to share ideas, make connections, and learn from peers’ experiences. It’s the perfect opportunity to find the right inclusive and effective workplace wellbeing solutions for your organisation – whatever its size and shape.
Why is workplace wellness important to us?
Here at Mór, workplace wellbeing is our priority. We are firm believers that a healthy and happy workforce is a productive and collaborative one. That’s why we offer employee benefits that are designed to make a real difference to wellbeing. Our Mór Corporate Membership gives each employee access to tools and resources that will allow them to become their best selves both in and out of work.
The Watercooler event is the perfect opportunity to learn more about wellbeing in the workplace and discover how work-life balance can be boosted by choosing the right employee rewards offering.
How can I get involved?
