The Experience

Join Fins & Forks for a unique guided 'Bait to Plate' full-day experience. This experience will see you taking on the challenge of catching a Trout "on the fly" during a guided fly fishing session, before spending the afternoon getting hands-on preparing and eating a seasonal selection of dishes at the Fins & Forks Kitchen using responsibly sourced, local & seasonal fish & seafood.

The kitchen session will include you preparing & curing your catch ready for cold smoking and, exclusively to Mór members, we include an oyster shucking & tasting session with a complimentary glass of Sussex sparkling wine on arrival.

Following your experience we deliver your cold smoked fish to your door ready for an amazing brunch with a great story.

For four people or more, this experience will be delivered privately.

Allow us to introduce you to... Fins & Forks

Based in West Sussex, Fins & Forks is a fine dining, smokehouse and fishing combination experience. Conceived and created in 2020 by professional chef Michael King, the business has grown successfully since launch. With over two decades of experience in professional kitchens, and countless people mentored, you will be in safe hands in the kitchen and in the waters.

Why we love Fins & Forks

This is a rare, full-day experience which allows you to experience what it is like to catch, prepare and enjoy your own fine-dining meal. A chance for you to learn new skills while also enjoying first-class luxurious food.

Chef Michael King has years of experience mentoring both chefs and amateur anglers, which means delicious food and a unique insight is guaranteed. It's expert knowledge shared in a fun and friendly environment.

While we absolutely love the first class experience of this day, we also love the environmental consciousness. Fins & Forks work with the Good Fish Guide to help choose the menu, opting to choose the most sustainable possible. They also work in partnership with the Marine Conservation Society to ensure the experience, and the fish caught therein, are done in the most sustainable fashion possible.
