Why are you member-only?

We've built the UK's best platform for independent brands

We are members-only, which does mean you have to be a member to checkout with one of our products or experience, and we know that means that some people can't enjoy Mór. We don't do it to be elitist – we do it to bring our members the very best selection of exclusive brands from across the UK with exclusive deals, experiences, content, and Top Secret products. By being members-only we create what's called a "closed marketplace" for our vendors (the brands we partner with) which allows them a space to offer something they wouldn't usually.

Where can I find the Terms and Conditions that apply to individual experiences?

How to view an experience's Terms and Conditions

On every experience’s product page, you will see – to the right of the ‘Add to Bag’ button – a message showing the name of the vendor (the partner brand that is selling that experience) and the specific terms and conditions the vendor has applied to that experience. We recommend you read these T&C carefully before purchasing to ensure the experience is as you expect, fit for purpose, and suitable.

How do I find the deal I’m looking for?

Finding the right experience

We recommend browsing through our categories as a first port of call. This allows you to find brands you love, and also to stumble upon some you are not familiar with yet. We have a number of categories on the website including: Fashion & Accessories, Outdoors & Adventure, Beauty & Grooming, Culture & Learning, Food & Drink, Spa & Wellness, Home & Gifting and Impulsive Indulgence (where you can find gifts and experiences under £100). If you have a partner or experience you want to navigate straight to, you can find them by using the search function in the navigation menu.

How long is left when a product has "Limited Time Remaining"?

When will a Limited experience sell out?

There is no set answer for this, but a good rule of thumb is that a product will appear as “Limited Time Remaining” for two weeks; however, this does not necessarily mean that there are two weeks remaining when you see it. To avoid disappointment, we always recommend purchasing any experiences you are interested in as soon as possible once they reach the Limited Time Remaining category.

Why can I only order one of a specific experience?

Ordering multiple experiences

Many of our experiences are limited edition and exclusive to Mór. As such, these cannot be purchased en-masse, and each account is limited to one purchase at a time. It keeps it exclusive; it keeps it fun, and it keeps it fair. (Your best friend will be able to purchase though, so do spread the word! They might treat you…)

The experience I want is “Sold Out”.

Most of what we sell is limited edition

Many of the experiences listed on our platform are limited editions. If the experience is listed as “Sold Out”, then you are unfortunately too late on this occasion. We will often feature additional experiences by the same brand, so you can use the search function to try and find additional experiences or browse to find something similar. Sometimes we will re-publish very popular experiences also. Keep checking, or sign up to receive our newsletter – you can do this easily and quickly at the bottom of every page on the website. Where is my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are sent directly to the email address associated with the account. If you have not received yours, please do check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still can’t find it contact us for help.

The experience is not in the location I want it for.

We offer experiences across the UK

We love working with local and independent brands, but this means that many of our experiences are not available nationwide. Partners with multiple locations may also choose which ones are available and, if your nearest one is not shown, then that location is either not participating or has perhaps sold out already. While we always try to cover the entire country as much as possible, some experiences are only suited to single locations or regions. Try sorting experiences by location to find one that’s closer to you.

The experience is not on the day I want it for.

Dates and times for specific Mór experiences

If you have not yet purchased the experience and are looking to use it on a different day than outlined, unfortunately this is not possible. Partner brands are in control of what days their experiences are available on The Mór Card. This encourages exclusivity and ensures we can always opt for the days where customers can receive the best possible experience. If you have purchased an experience and wish to change the date you use it, please contact the partner directly to request a date change.

I can no longer see the Mór experience I was looking for.

When you can't find the experience you want

If you cannot find the experience you are looking for, try searching for the brand or experience name using the search function in the navigation menu. We sometimes move experiences which have a limited time left or are suited to different categories. If you cannot find the experience by using the search bar then, unfortunately, it has likely expired. Most of our experiences are listed for a limited time only. This allows us the chance to refresh the listings for our members, keep things interesting and also allow new partner brands (which we call vendors) to come on board. How can I purchase a Mór experience?

Help with purchasing a product or experience including checkout

The best way to do this is through our online store at themorcard.com. All of our experiences are exclusive to our members, so you'll need to sign up to one of our three membership options via our website. Once you have found an experience you are interested in, simply add it to your bag and proceed to checkout. Once you are at the checkout, you will be prompted to sign in (or sign up for membership to The Mór Card). Once you have completed this step, simply add your card details and confirm the purchase. On this page, you’ll be able to learn more about the three membership options: Mór Individual, Mór +Plus, and Mór Corporate.

Redeeming Experiences

How long do I have to change the details of my order?

Changing something after purchase

You can alter some details after purchase, but some are time dependent (for example a delivery address for a physical product – which needs to be changed before dispatch). Please contact the partner brand / vendor with any changes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For product purchases that are delivered to you directly

Please direct any questions regarding delivery of a product based experience to the partner brand / vendor directly. They'll be able to help with estimated delivery times.

Can I add people to my experience?

Adding extra guests to experiences

If you have purchased an experience and wish to include more people, you can usually achieve this by purchasing more of the same experience. If the experience is limited to one purchase per account, you will not be able to make any additional purchases with the same account. If the purchase is only for two people and you wish to add a third, you will need to contact the partner directly to find out if it is possible to add another person and arrange to pay, directly to them, the incurred cost.

Can I change the people registered on my experience?

Changing the name on your purchased experience

Most experiences will not require you to provide names or details of attendees; however, if the experience is unique and requires this information, please contact the partner brand (which we call vendors in our Mór Member Terms and Conditions) to inform them of the change. We expect this should not cause any concerns, although some custom experiences may not be as straightforward for detail changes.

My code does not work on the vendor’s site.

Help when your unique redemption code doesn't work

If your unique redemption code is not working, please firstly double check it and try again (it happens to us all!) then check the expiry date on your order confirmation email. All Mór codes are securely stored for, and checked in conjunction with, our partners to ensure they work correctly at the point of creation. If the code is still valid and does not work, the best method is to contact the vendor as there may be a malfunction on their site. You can always contact us and we’ll help.

I have purchased a physical product – how does the process work?

When it's a physical product rather than an experience

Most product experiences are redeemed in the same method as other experiences. You will receive a code which is then used on the vendor’s website to redeem the experience (in this case a physical product) and arrange for it to be delivered to you. In rare circumstances where this is not the case (for example you might collect your product in-store or at a specific venue because it is tied to an event), please check your order confirmation email which will explain everything in detail.

How long do I have to redeem my experience once purchased?

Redeeming your experience before it expires

This depends on the specific experience you have bought. Our standard redemption window is 12 months, although we always recommend reading the Terms and Conditions of the experience prior to purchase. This will indicate if you have less or more time than the standard. For example, some experiences may be date-specific and only available on one specific date – like a live event.

How do I redeem my Mór experience?

Each experience from The Mór Card could be redeemed in slightly different ways, as the redemption instructions are set by our brand partners (which we call vendors). So it does depend on the specific experience you have purchased. But the most common redemption method applies to most of our experiences. You will receive a unique code by email, either with or shortly after your order confirmation. This will then be available to use on the vendor’s own website, or you might simply need to quote this code when making a restaurant booking, or it could be that you need to print out the code and take it with you. Rest assured, no matter which experience you purchase, your order confirmation email will always clearly explain your next steps and how to redeem your experience. Membership

Did Mór not used to have a free membership option?

Yes, but we no longer do, sorry...

When we first launched The Mór Card at the start of 2021 we had a free membership tier (called Standard Membership, vs. Premium Membership). But we made the decision to be members-only after careful consideration and lots of research with our members, vendors, and Clients. At that point, 90% of our purchases were being made by people who held full membership, so it was clear to us that doing so was the right thing to do. Being member-only has made it even more attractive for our vendors (the brands we partner with) to offer products and experiences they wouldn't usually – because we're more exclusive. It also means that our Individual, +Plus, and Corporate Members really are accessing can-not-find-anywhere-else experiences, which is what we always set out to do.

Why do I have to be a Member?

Can you take away my membership?

Breaching our terms of use

Yes, we can. We have the right to suspend or cancel your Mór Member Account, or parts of it, if in our reasonable view you appear to be in breach of any of these Terms in any significant way or in the event of any fraudulent, abusive or other activity or misuse we determine to be unfair. If your Mór Member Account is cancelled this will not affect any prior purchases already made on our Mór Platform.

What should I do if I don’t want to be a Mór Member anymore?

Leaving Mór

You can ask for your Mór Member Account to be deleted at any time by contacting us (see How do I contact you?) If you submit a request to close your Mór Member Account within 14 days of your Account being opened, you shall be entitled to a full refund of your paid Mór Membership Fee if you have not made a purchase of a Vendor Offer. If you submit a request to close your Premium or +Plus Mór Member Account more than 14 days after opening your Account, or within 14 days of opening your Account but you have already purchased a Vendor Offer, you will not be entitled to any refund of your Mór Member Account Fee. No refund will be payable upon the closure of a Mór Member Account where the Mór Membership Fee has been paid by a third-party sponsor. Please note that Mór retains the right to close your Mór Member Account in the event you do not comply with these Terms and/or your conduct is considered to be inconsistent with these Terms and our other policies, including our Website Terms and Conditions. If we do this, you will not be entitled to a refund of any paid but unused Mór Membership Fee (if applicable).

Everything you need to know about membership

You may choose to register as a Mór Member by paying the Mór Membership Fee. For up-to-date information on the cost of becoming a Mór Member, relevant subscription terms and the benefits please see our membership page. Once you have registered as a Mór Member you will be able to browse our Premium Mór Member-only content on the Mór Platform. You may also be sent a physical membership card. Your Mór Member Account will automatically renew for a further year at the end of your current term however we will provide advance notice beforehand. Please note that if your Mór Membership Fee is paid by a third-party sponsor (we call this Corporate Membership), your membership will not automatically renew.

Who is eligible and how can I become a Mór Member?

Eligibility for membership and some house rules

To become a Mór Member you need to register with us. We require your full name and email address to register, and you will be asked to create a secure password for your Mór Member Account. We will then send you a registration email which you will be required to verify to complete your registration as a Mór Member. Please note you must be at least 16 to become a Mór Member however certain experiences may only be available to those who are 18+. We may need to ask you for your date of birth and some of our third-party vendors may need you to provide photo ID – for example if the experience you purchase is related to alcohol. By registering as a Mór Member you confirm that you agree to and accept these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm that you agree to and accept our Privacy Policy and Website Terms and Conditions.

I am a member but I can’t see some of the experiences – why is this?

If you are a member but cannot access some experiences (for example – our Top Secret experiences), this may be because you are not logged in. Please log into your account to access all member-only content.

What is Mór Membership and how much does it cost?

The benefits of being a Mór Premium Member

We are a members only site and to purchase anything from The Mór Card (except gift cards) you have to be a member. Membership allows you to access all content and experiences on our site – including our Top Secret deals. More information can be found on our membership page. Annual membership starts from £79.

Does my annual membership automatically renew?

Mór memberships are for 12 months

Yes, your membership will automatically renew. Once purchased you can cancel at any time, and we will always remind you (by email) prior to automatic renewal.

How do I become a Member?

How do I redeem my Mór gift membership?

If you have been given the gift of membership, you’ll have a whole year (from when you activate it) to enjoy being part of our exclusive club. To redeem your gift and activate your membership, you need to navigate to your account page or our membership page. From here, you will find the option to purchase membership and become a member. Add membership to your bag, proceed to the checkout, and you can redeem your code there.

What is a Mór +Plus Membership?

In addition to our Mór Individual and Mór Corporate membership options, we are now also offering Mór +Plus – an opportunity for individual members to get the best of both worlds.         How much is Corporate Membership?

        Pricing is set on a tiered basis

        When we created Corporate Membership for Mór we wanted to make it as accessible as possible for our clients. The employee benefits sector is full of expensive options that don’t get used very much by employees – and we wanted to change that. We operate a volume-based tiered pricing model which does cater for enterprise users with 10,000+ employees – but also serves smaller companies, with plans starting at just 10 employees.

        Gifting and Gift Cards

        I'm not a member, can I buy a gift card for someone?

        We have member and non-member options...

        Yes, you can – but make sure you purchase the right gift card... We have options for recipients who are already / are not yet a member. If you are, or the intended recipient of the gift card is, not a Mór Member a gift card that includes Mór Membership (i.e. “Membership + £100”) must be purchased. A ‘spend only’ gift card (i.e. “£100”) is only suitable for existing Mór Members.

        What are the rules for Gift Cards?

        We have specific T&C for Gift Cards

        All of the rules for Gift Cards can be found within our Mór Gift Card Terms and Conditions. Mór gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Mór gift cards shall be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or last use. If you make a purchase of a Vendor Offer with a Mór gift card that Vendor Offer is subsequently returned, the value of the Vendor Offer will be credited to a gift card; you will not receive a cash refund. If a Vendor Offer is excluded from redemption by gift card, this will be clear on the applicable Vendor Offer page on the Mór Platform. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card that we deem or suspect to be tampered with, duplicated or otherwise affected by fraudulent activity.

        I have received a gift card, but no experiences match what I'm looking for. What should I do?

        The best thing to do is to check back regularly for new experiences. Gift cards last for 12 months, and we are consistently updating our experiences. This means something is likely to be introduced which matches your interests. To hear about our new experiences and partners before anyone else, make sure you follow us on InstagramTwitter, or Facebook. You can also sign up to receive our newsletter at the bottom of every page on the website. Additionally, you can let us know your favourite brand(s).         I want to purchase an experience as a gift – can I do this?

        Our site is exclusively available for Mór Members, so – unfortunately – non-members cannot purchase any experiences. But... You can purchase a Gift Card, either for a specific level of spend (i.e., £100) or 'membership plus spend' (i.e., Membership + £100), and gift it to someone.

        How do I redeem my Mór gift card?

        Help with spending your Mór gift card

        To redeem a Mór gift card, simply add your chosen experience(s) to your bag and proceed to the checkout as usual. Once you have reached the checkout page, simply enter the code from your gift card into the box marked “Gift Card”, then click Apply. This will discount your total by the amount valid on the gift card. If the amount on the gift card is greater than the experience total, the remaining amount on the gift card will still be valid for additional purchases.

        Can I give my employees a gift card?

Indeed, the Internet has done a great job at making almost anything available to anyone, anywhere, at any time. But that's not what we're about. It's how we like to shop, it's because we believe in buying local, and it's what our members tell us is important to them.

        Can third-party vendors providing Vendor Offers be changed?

        How we work with our partner brands

        Yes – and they change all the time, for good reason... The Mór Platform is all about bringing you the best and most up-to-date independent brands so third-party Vendors and the availability of Vendor Offers will change frequently. However, if you have purchased a Vendor Offer with a specific Vendor this will still be valid for the time period (if any) specified in the Vendor terms that apply to that Vendor Offer when you purchase it. Even if the Vendor concerned no longer features on the Mór Platform.

        How does my brand become a seller on The Mór Card?

Don’t worry if you can’t find your usual brand, as there are still plenty of experiences to choose from. Why not take a browse and possibly stumble on your next favourite? We are all about helping you find your new favourite, can’t-live-without, and yet-to-be-discovered brands.         How Mór Works

        What is Mór's role and who is responsible for fulfilling orders?

        Mór is a sales agent on behalf of the third-party vendors

        Mór operates the Mór Platform on which you can make purchases from our third-party vendors. Mór is a sales agent on behalf of the third-party vendors and is not the retailer or vendor of any Vendor Offers. Payment of the purchase price to Mór for a Vendor Offer shall be deemed for all purposes to be payment of the purchase price to the relevant third-party vendor. The agreement to purchase a Vendor Offer is between you and the relevant third-party vendor. The terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of a Vendor Offer are those of the relevant third-party vendor, which you will need to accept at check-out. Mór is not in partnership with any of the third-party vendors who may provide Vendor Offers. The third-party vendor that you purchase a Vendor Offer from is responsible for: the fulfilment of your Vendor Offer; any defects, deficiencies, faults or other issues relating to a Vendor Offer (or any goods, services and/or experiences provided in relation to such Vendor Offer); any death, personal injury or damage to property arising out of, or in connection with a Vendor Offer (or any goods, services and/or experiences provided in relation to such Vendor Offer); or any breach of its agreement with you or any other applicable laws relating to the Vendor Offer. If there are any disputes, claims, complaints or issues relating to a Vendor Offer purchased on the Mór Platform, then your rights and remedies are against the relevant third-party vendor and not Mór. Any cancellations or requests for a refund in respect of Vendor Offers purchased on the Mór Platform should also be directed to the applicable third-party vendor and shall be dealt with in accordance with the vendor terms and conditions applicable to such Vendor Offer.

        We operate the Mór Platform – which allows you (as a member) to access a range of Vendor Offers from our third-party vendors. Our third-party vendors represent a variety of sectors: Fashion & Accessories, Outdoors & Adventure, Beauty & Grooming, Culture & Learning, Food & Drink, Spa & Wellness, Home & Gifting and Impulsive Indulgence (where you can find gifts and experiences under £100). Our third-party vendors include famous brands that are category leaders as well as independent challenger brands. We act as a sales agent for our third-party vendors in relation to the sale of Vendor Offers to you via the Mór Platform, in return for which we are paid a sales fee by the relevant third-party vendor. Please note we make no guarantees about the availability of any Vendor Offer you see on the Mór Platform, which are available on a first come first served basis and these are subject to change at any time.

        In order to purchase an experience with The Mór Card, you have to be a member. We don't sell any of our products and experiences (except Gift Cards) to non-members, sorry. This is a simple process which is either part of the checkout process or can be completed from the account section in the navigation bar.

        Why am I being charged £79 on top of my purchase?

        If you try to purchase one of our experiences without being a member (or not logged in to your account) our website will automatically add annual Mór Individual membership (which is £79) to your bag and checkout. If you are a member, please just log in and it will be removed. If you are not yet a member, please join to complete your checkout. You can find out more about the benefits at our membership page.
